Kings Academy · Ministry Apprenticeship Program
A 9-month program that prepares you academically and spiritually
so that you — and the world around you — will look more like heaven.
MAP (Ministry Apprenticeship Program) is next-level discipleship training at Kings Academy — the discipleship engine of Kings Church. This 9-month program prepares you academically and spiritually so that you, and the world around you, will look more like heaven, fulfilling Jesus' prayer in Luke 11.
MAP is different because it embeds you in the actual culture and ministries of Kings Church — one of five Maritimes locations — while delivering 35 weekly sessions of world-class teaching. Not just classroom theory.
It's not just classes — it's a hands-on apprenticeship that will change how you see God, yourself, and the world.
10 core areas covering theology, ministry, character, and culture.

We are designed to know the Holy Spirit both intellectually and experientially. Discover how He moves, speaks, fills, and reveals through intimacy and encounter.
Biblical literacy is one of the most critical tasks of the Church today. Learn how to read and interpret Scripture, understand the Grand Story, and help others navigate the Bible.
God designed the Church to be His agent of reconciliation advancing the Kingdom in hearts, homes, and communities until the whole world looks like Heaven.
Jesus said you judge a tree by its fruit. The good fruit of our lives grows as the Holy Spirit, through union with Him, reveals who we are and why we are alive.
Everything rises and falls on leadership. Gain the tools and concepts to be an effective influencer, communicator, and team leader in any context.
Effective ministers must understand the world they're called to reach. Learn to interpret mainstream and popular culture and engage it with the hope and truth of the Gospel.
